Application scope and conditions of use
1. It can transport sewage, containing suspended solid particles, long fiber substances and domestic wastewater. The pump body is made of high-quality cast iron, and the medium temperature does not exceed 100 °C. 2. It can transport acidic, alkaline or other corrosive sewage, and is widely used in chemical, petroleum, light industry, food, pharmaceutical, brewing, environmental protection and sewage treatment industries. The pump body and overflow parts are made of 304 stainless steel, and the medium temperature is not higher than 100℃.
Structure diagram
This type of horizontal sewage pump is mainly composed of: pump cover (1), pump body (2), impeller (3), shaft (15), shaft seal body (4), bearing box (11)) and coupling parts, etc. The pump outlet is vertically upward, and can also be installed in a horizontal direction. The pump is directly driven by an elastic coupling. There are only two curved blades in the impeller, so the flow channel is wide and can pass through general suspended particles. There are 4 auxiliary blades on the back of the impeller to balance the axial thrust. The impeller has passed the static balance test experience during manufacture. The direction of rotation of the pump is clockwise as viewed from the drive end. The bearing box bearing is lubricated with thin oil, the oil level is indicated by the oil mark, and the oil level should be at the normal oil level line. The shaft seal of the pump adopts oil seal, which has good sealing performance and is easy to replace. The sealing ring is made of cast iron, fixed on the pump cover, and can be replaced with spare parts after wear.
